I haven't beaten the game yet cause I changed characters halfway through. I heard two people beat him at level 30, there's some rock you can hide behind and be safe.

Dropped from King Mong. The "multi-kill" bit means it fires six rockets at once but only uses up one piece of ammo.

haha I'm not really sure how to take that! I have three characters actually. I started as a commando, made the siren when JJ got on the next day and a gunzerker yesterday to play with Sirrus until he catches up. So far the Siren is my favorite for co-op as she can revive people really easily.

I assume he has it on playthrough one, so it isnt particularly good. But if you get it at level 50, it is arguably the best shield in the game. It amp shot, which will give your next shot bonus damage when your shield is full and usually drain your shield a certain amount. But with the bee shield, there is no shield drain penalty, so as long as you dont get hit, you do bonus damage with every shot. And at level 50, that bonus damage is something like 20k.

Yeah even this level 29 one is really helpful and about doubles my damage. You just have to be careful not to get hit. I dunno why people are begging on Gamefaqs. They're really easy to farm for because the guy you need to kill Hunter Hellquist is right near where you spawn in the Arid Nexus Boneyard area. I got two in like an hour of killing him.

Hell nah. I've been needing a good reason to go back anyway (kinda burnt myself out like I do with EVERYTHING...)
