I'd say it has something to do with memory. (I might be terribly wrong)

Sirrus is rewriting the entire plugin, including powers, so you will probably have to wait till v4 comes out if it is a bug.

I also think it's a memory problem. Mortar is one of the most resource-intensive powers because it updates vectors 20 times per second per shot.

And I gave Blacknova Mortar, yet after a reboot he does not has Mortar.
But when I try to assign Mortar to Nova, it tells me that Nova already has the power.

Was working on the next update, got bored, decided to take pics of the world I use to test S86 Powers. Yes, I've used the same world to test EVERY power I've created since May when I started this project.


While testing Spawn Crafter, I accidentally created an invisible, indestructable pig spawner that doesn't reset after server restarts.


I created this while testing Oan Alteration to ensure the user's experience was properly deducted.


While working on Web Wall, I accidentally set the maximum range to 100 instead of 10. Surprisingly my computer didn't crash...


...until I made this one. It's smaller, but due to a coding mishap the webs constantly drop string (and still do). Fortunately it was far enough away from spawn.


Here is where I tested Snow Miser by throwing snowballs into the river.


The weird obsidian structures and patches of end stone are for a power I've been working on for over a month. So far it's not going well...


This is where I tested El'druin. The floating glowstone on the right are from the first tests, where the final block failed to break.


The first few tests of Cookie Rain dropped unlimited cookies, which caused lag quickly. In a panic, I picked up as many cookies as I could, dug a trench and poured lava in it so I could destroy them.


This was once a forest. Then Carver requested Explosive Personality. The craters and lack of trees are from testing that power.


Decoy was tested here. I spawned some sheep and turned them all into copies of me. This is also where I tested an upcoming power, Power Ring, which had the same issue El'druin did with not breaking spawned blocks.


To celebrate the success of Endervention, I came here and went on a teleporting spree. This is also where I tested the EggDrop plugin.


This is the first Neutralizer Beacon ever made. I also tested Mob Tamer and Auto Gun here, which is why there are no villagers anymore.
