Did some minor updates today

-Vampire plugin is back. I'll pick someone to start as the head vampire.
-Openinv should work again
-Logblock is updated.
-Gold swords can spawn Enderdragons, if you have the permissions. (you don't)
-/Dragon spawns an Enderdragon for you to ride. You cannot steer the dragon.

I'll keep checking for updates, let me know if there are any other plugins you want added.
