Would you let a seven year old play skyrim?

My niece has seen the live action commercial and she loves dragons and always asks me about it. Unfortunately the game has no "gore slider." I'm not talking about having her start her own save and really getting into it (and seeing that first decapitation.) just letting her wander around on novice difficulty and hopefully take down a dragon. Am I crazy? I haven't noticed any cursing in the game, and I don't have that decapitation perk either, I think it wont warp her mind too much.

She absolutely LOVES Red Dead Redemption. I used to bring over my xbox and copy of the game and we'd play online together hunting bears. It was about three months before it occurred to her to shoot at humans.

The fighting is not really that violent at all, but it does has the random scenes where it shows you stabbing a sword through someones chest ect.

And as far as cursing goes, I've only been called a chicken so far

Honestly, it depends on whether the kid can handle it or not. If shes cool about that kind of stuff, and treats it only as a game, then let her play it. I honestly have let my little cousins play GTA on my computer since forever, and it hasn't affected them at all.
