Players having creative in Ghis

Two new guys (Bradalex13 and crf450r) managed to get creative mode in Ghis.
They claim they got it with /gm, yet that does not work for either me or Air_Spike.

It seems only players in the Trial/Default group can use /gm in Ghis after testing out some stuff on FyreCat.

The reason for this is when I made the initial permissions file, the idea was that all Trial members would be kept in Mereen only, therefor /gm wasn't something that was controlled since they never could go to a survival world until they were promoted to Member. Hlot changed it to where Trial could go to Ghis as well, so chances are the permissions to turn /gm off in Ghis may not have been added for Trial.

Fix it with /perm group setperm default Ghis:cgm.change false, then force them into survival. Make sure it doesn't affect other permissions (usually speech).
