2. I used TNT in a classy obsidian environment. (yes Carver did say not too so I cut down on the TNT)
3. using flint and steel in a non fire spread world does that really offend anybody?)

1. You blew up someone else's structure. Doesn't have to be a city. Any block you break, destroy, or alter in any way, shape or form that isn't natural and that you didn't put there is considered griefing unless otherwise stated or granted.
2. If you're talking about the Zuoros base, then refer to my above statement. You make yourself an obsidian or bedrock cage away from everyone else, you can blow up whatever you want in there.
3. Yes, I'm offended that you made the attempt. Non-firespread is a counter-measure against griefers, so we consider anyone who attempts this to BE a griefer. Again, if you wanna burn stuff, burn your own stuff.

Bottom line: in every and any scenario, the only time it's okay to use TNT, fire, lava, water, or any otherwise destructive items/abilities you have access to, is on your own structures well outside proximity of anyone else's structures. The ONLY exceptions would be in Warzone (during a fight), within neutral or your own territory in Westeros, or unless otherwise stated by an Admin.

Yes, we can rollback if stuff happens. We use rollbacks for primarily two reasons: to reverse greifing, and to undo mistakes. I'm assuming you didn't place a dozen TNT then detonate them inside someone's base by mistake, so what're we supposed to think?

Flaming aside, I don't know the details of why you were banned. Personally, with what details I was aware of, I felt a temporary demotion was more than enough punishment considering your tenure with us. Hell, with good behavior you'd probably have gotten your rank back by now. I myself don't have any issues with you coming back as a moderator (again, with only the details I know).
