Request for OP

I am making a request for OP so that I may utilize command blocks for projects and have access to other commands like enchant and effect.

Command blocks don't seem to work even for opped people. I'm not sure what the problem with that is, as they are enabled in the server.properties.
You can use the enchant/effect commands now though.
