Alright I have a little bit of a request for a change on the server...

Alright so basically Mereen world generator is absolutely flopping with the giant 1x2 slants. Makes it VERY difficult to find new usable territory.

So here is my idea. Do we really need Ghis? Nobody goes to it anymore, and doesn't really have much use.

So here is my idea.

Keep world and Ivalice as both have the longest running time.
Delete Ghis, make sure you keep it up for a few weeks to get your shit out of there, and copy/paste it to whatever world you want *Talking personal structures".
We need Mereen, it weeds out the griefers. Its the server sandbox. It does its purpose well.

A new Creative world, with the new engine. However, this creative world will be limited to only the best builders on the server. Mostly the Admins/Moderators.

This way we have a world, that can look and be awesome, and tons of work can be dedicated to it.

Not sure how hard this would be on you Hlot, and I know your not feeling hundred percent. Not asking for this like tomorrow but something to consider for the future <3

I agree on some points but have my own opinion on others.

World we keep of course. I agree with Carver, Ivalice has been serving as a creative world for trusted members and I've yet to see any destruction lately with that arrangement. I also agree that Mereen serves as a good buffer world, though I do like the idea of a survival jail world where griefers are banished, stripped of some permissions, etc. And of course we have Myr and Warzone. The extra worlds like Qarth and Yiti are nice and all but no one usually devotes any time to them.

As we tend to create a new survival world with each major version, from my experience people rarely go back to the previous ones.

So as of 1.5 we could probably have just the following worlds and be fine:
- World
- Ivalice
- Mereen, Mereen_nether, Mereen_the_end
- Jail (name it whatever)
- Myr
- Warzone
- Tolos, Tolos_nether, Tolos_the_end

While I love Ivalice it's suffering world generator problems.

I like worlds with terrain to build. Myr does nothing for me unless I am gonna attempt a Mega build. Even then I like my builds to go with the landscape.

I love Ivalice don't get me wrong, but we have a excess of worlds already we really do not need at all.

If we are going to have some sort of jail, I'd rather have it where Moderators can ban people to that world when in doubt, then actually banning the person from the server. I don't see the point in having a seperate world for griefers otherwise.

Well if the Minecraft terrain generator sucks, why not use a pre-generated world made using a program like World Painter or something? That would be interesting. It wouldn't generate infinitely though.
