I'm progressively losing patience with this.

You're acting like a spoiled child becoming increasingly infuriated as the realization that you're losing control becomes more and more apparent. You throw out a post in all caps locks because you're angry, and I'm sure if you knew how to we'd be seeing this in size 72 font as well. You're pissed. You're pissed that you're losing control. Frankly all you've done is further justify our decision.

Awhile back I remember promoting you to moderator; you were my first promotion. You were quiet, keeping to yourself and producing quality builds. In my eyes you had potential. And for that I'm sorry, some to everyone else, but most importantly to you.

I mention this because not long after you started coming out of your shell. I can't take all the credit, but I can't help but think I was part of what gave you a voice. You were given a rank, you were given hope. You knew that at some point someone watched out for you, seeing something greater in you. For some people this motivates them to rise to a greater purpose, to help those above and below them, to make this server greater through some positive contribution.

And for that I apologize... for not having seen sooner that you were not one of those people.

You seem to misunderstand just what justifies your ban. I can tell you if Coops, Carver, JJ, or even FyreCat came to me and told me the most hateful thing their mind could muster up, I more than likely wouldn't ban them. Not because I know them better or because they have a higher rank, but because they benefit the server. Their strengths more than compensate for their faults. Sure, we have tolerance and patience for people who don't make this trait immediately apparent, but ultimately if someone is damaging the server more than helping it then what're we to do?

So you told Skip to die. You're right, in this day and age that's not a significant statement. But when an admin looks at that statement they think, "Not good, but at least he has ____ to make up for it..." It's when they can't fill in that blank that they're left to wonder, "Why are they here?" Pretty soon enough admins ask themselves this question enough times, and the motivation to ban you increases.

But I can't completely blame you. Know why?

So I wanted attention elsewhere I guess. Correct me if i'm wrong, I often am on this stuff. As final thoughts about everyone, I never had a chance of moving up. Look at how tight a group you are. When was the last time someone "got in you're group?" How long ago was it?
