Logblock isnt working and i cant rollback spawn

Alexpal12 set off so much tnt that the queue got overloaded and LB basically froze. To it's credit it did dump the whole queue to a file first, so when I restarted the server I was able to roll back everything. Nothing should be lost, but lemme know if I missed something.

This didn't warrant it's own thread, but I had to clear the log block database for some worlds (notably mereen, ghis' is intact.) Basically due to my laziness most worlds were always writing to the lb-world sql database (which is why sometimes you'd do /lb in westeros and get results from world, etc.) I finally fixed it so each world has it's own database. lb-world had gotten unimaginably large and was contributing to lag when trying to use log block.

Oh also dynmap is back and shows faction-claimed areas now. For anyone who's wondering there will be no public dynmap of Westeros 2. (or maybe a map with no players shown on them)
