Hi, I'm bobby16may with the department of player safety...

At approximately 7:10 PM, EST on June 9th, 2012, an incedent occured between player "Eric324"(the user) and the structure known as "Coops' pagoda"(henceforth known as "the target"). The user initially had a block of tnt in hand, but claimed to be testing when inquired about it by me(bobby16may), while vanished of course.

After this, I decided to follow Eric, and came upon his pile of tnt in the target, prime to be detonated.I informed him of his imenant ban, and proceded to carry out the punishment.




After this, I rolled back the structure and resumed playing, Until the user returned, under another account, "Shnitzy". The player proceeded to burn down another house near spawn in mereen, the wooden house. He was caught, banned and his damage rolled back, as seen in these screenshots.





I then contacted fellow mod "Skipperthenewt" over facebook for assistance in dealing with a potential incoming attack. One onther user was online, another alt of "shnitzy", "KFBuilder"


The user attempted to burn his new target, the "inverted pagoda", but was IP banned by HLOT at the server console, and his damage rolled back from there. That was the conclusion of the incedent.

To Summarize:
-Player was being a cunt. (rule #1)
-Player clearly intended to grief.(rule #2)
-Player used destructive, non creative or "fun" methods to carry out said grief
-Player returned under other accounts to continue his assault.

The player's IP address was banned by HLOT and will not be unbanned barring EXTREME circumstances. thank you for your time.
