Looking for someone to temporarily host the server for like two days sometime

I want to reformat my HD. Would anyone be able/willing to host the server for a couple days (I'm not ready yet, but sometime in the next month or so) I would send you the files, and forward the merp.mooo.com thing to your IP.

I TOTALLY would but my external IP is inaccessible. I've tried IP forwarding but it doesn't work.

I suppose I could give it a go again, if I can get the files working this time though...

I could possibly do it, since I don't do shit for the server anyways these days.

Maybe post your upload/download speeds and ram you can allocate and we'll figure out who'd be able to run it the best?

Got 2GB (Have 4GB total) allocated for my own server, worked fine without lag the last time I hosted with a max of 8 people.
Might be upgrading to 8GB soon, thus increasing available ram to 6 GB for the server.

Wow. I'll start uploading the files to drop box, everything but the maps. I'll send the maps eventually, maybe all but world cause it's just too damn large. You should host for the hunger games too, we could fit more players.

I know this is too late but my download is 48.57 ping is 29 and upload is 26.56

It is probably better if Geo hosts it though, you'd have to make a few changes to the server files to make it all work, and open a port on your router so others can join.

yeah the problem with Fyre is that he can only work it through hamatchi. and sure Carver. I actually haven't even begun uploading them yet, but I will. Which maps are essential. btw? I was figuring Mereen, Ghis, Myr, Ivalice (if only for Ezco) World is just too damn big.

Hey, so I was wondering when exactly I (or whoever) would need to host. In the case that I'm hosting, I was wondering if we could do it sometime before the 21st of June, since I'm leaving for Minnesota (>_>) that day.

It's incredibly nebulous. I haven't really made any plans to reformat yet, but I'd say we could wait till after you get back.
