Coops whats your in game name? I've got it running. Not well, but I ordered a new graphics card that should fix that.

So what is so great about Diablo 3 compared to similiar games?

I could just pick up D2 for 6 euro, finish Titan Quest, or continue playing the Dungeon Siege trilogy if I want to play such a game.

I dunno, I've never played any of those other games. I think the last game I played similar to this one was one of the Gauntlet games back on Gamecube in college.

The main reason I opted to pay $60 for this one instead of starting with the original Diablo or D2 was that they're sorta economy driven multiplayer games and this one is active now. I love selling my rare drops that don't fit my class at the auction house, and trying to win better armor there. Plus you can play with me and Coops!

Tried to add you Hlot but it's telling me "Hypnogoat doesn't exist" or something like that.

Edit: You gotta include the extra code thing. So mine is sirrus86#1213

I'll see how my budget is at the end of the month before I decide.

Only have that guest pass thing from Coops, so I have no idea if co-op works

So my account got hacked last night. All I lost was my gold (like 20k if that). I've already changed my password and added SMS protection to my account. I submitted a ticket to Blizzard.

The gold was presumably given to a player named "gxw", as I have them as a recent player in my social tab and didn't prior to this morning.

With having had access to my account, they'd also have access to my friends list, so be sure you guys check your stuff and make sure you weren't hacked.

Damn, does stuff like that happens often?

It's been happening a lot lately, probably because the game just came out. This incident was relatively minor; I hear hackers have been deleting people's characters and cleaning out their stash, neither of which happened to me.

I've had my WoW account (linked to this one) hacked a few times, but fortunately every time Blizzard fixed it. I added SMS protection to my account so I get text messages if anyone tries to make changes. It won't stop them from getting in, but it will keep them from locking me out.

But don't let it scare ya, there's very little a hacker can do that Blizzard can't undo.

Wow that sucks man. Blizzard still claims it's not a problem on their end and that the people getting hacked have keyloggers/malware on their computers. Most people don't buy it. It hasn't happened to me yet but that's the reason I leave my account logged on 24/7. Not even sure that that will help because some people say they've been hacked while they were online.

Unfortunately being logged in doesn't really help, you'll just get disconnected with an error saying "account was accessed from another location" or something like that. Of course you can just reconnect to boot the hacker... unless they changed your password.

For anyone interested, a rep from Blizzard did contact me last night, putting the wait time at about 15 hours. The only option they gave me was a rollback to the previous day, which would leave me with less gold than I lost and a few levels lower. Since I'd continued playing after the incident happened, I'd already gotten the gold I lost back and then some, so I opted not to take the rollback.

They also told me each account only gets two rollbacks.

Lost my nightmarish staff of hearding! (no more pony level.) They nerfed the drops in there anyway so it's not a huge deal, but it was definitely a glitch and has happened to a lot of people. I'd say you two should hold of making it until this is resolved. (if you still play.)

Im still playing alot haha but with the patch coming its gonna make better loot become more prominant once we hit act3. From the looks and sound of things lots of farming will have to take place still. Also were gonna have to wait another 3-6 months for a upgrade to are much desired legendaries.

With MoP around the corner Blizz is very unpredictable especially when it comes to patches sadly -.-
