When you wake up in the house and have to chose who to kill. Any thoughts on this? I just killed all three and she didn't seem to mind, but I do sort of wonder who those people were.

I don't think there's a wrong answer. If you kill anyone then ask her who the real target was she'll tell you that that's not the point.
