So, who can explain how this guy got in World and managed to grief there?

I can only think of two ways:
1) Someone gave him permission, which only you, me and Hlot can do at the moment.
2) He died in the original SG map. Yes, people who die in that map are teleported to world. It's ridiculous, I know.

Oh...I might have teleported that guy to the SG map for small griefing in mereen...my bad.
