NoCheat keeps kicking people lately when breaking/placing blocks too fast or when they're moving too fast, which is getting kinda annoying.

Luckily it's permission-based, so it's fixable. Unfortunately perms are laggy because the perm file got bloated *blames self*, sooooo... *looks at Hlot*
